CFX Kids (Ages 6-12)
Our CFX Kids class is specifically designed for ages 6-12. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, CrossFit Exemplify provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic.
Our kids program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to improve strength and conditioning. The kids will be running, throwing, pushing, pulling, jumping, lifting, and climbing. Our goal is to show kids that fitness can be fun!
CFX Teens (Ages 12-15)
Our CFX Teens class is a strength and conditioning class designed exclusively for teen athletes (ages 12-15). Classes help foster a team environment where workouts are done in a small group setting.
The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver the best performance and fitness results, as well as establish a life-long love of fitness. A qualified, certified and skilled coach will supervise and lead the class. Our first priority is always safety.
Our teen strength & conditioning program is ideal for any teen looking to get an edge over their competitor in their chosen sporting field. We are confident our program will help these young athletes to get the most out of their athletic careers. It is also ideal for non-athletes wanting to train as an athlete or start a fit lifestyle.
