Healthy Chocolate Smoothie
This smoothie has a healthy balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats...and it tastes delicious! If you decide to use a different protein, be sure it is grass-fed whey protein and free of hormones, pesticides and herbicides. It should also be free of artificial sweeteners, flavors and colors. Ingredients:
- 1/2 can full fat coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop Maximized Living Grass-Fed Whey Protein Chocolate
Optional:
- 1 scoop of Maximized Living Max Greens
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a heavy duty blender and blend to desired consistency. Add additional water if necessary.
